Nyura for Teams: Collaborate Without Losing Your Privacy

Nyura's workspace feature lets teams share projects, assign tasks, and collaborate in real time — while keeping every private task completely invisible to others.

An Invite-Only Workspace Built for Real Teams

Nyura's team workspace is invite-only — you control exactly who joins. Send an invitation link to a colleague, and once they accept, they're part of your shared space. No open sign-ups, no accidental joiners. Each workspace has a clear admin/member role structure: admins can invite people, manage projects, and remove members. Members can collaborate on any shared project they're assigned to. It's lightweight by design — no complicated org charts, no permission matrices. Just the right people working on the right things.

Shared Projects with Team Badges

When a project is shared in a workspace, it appears in every team member's project list with a small team badge — a visual cue that this is a collective effort. Tasks inside shared projects show who created them and who they're assigned to. You can comment, update status, and mark things done — all in real time. Changes sync instantly across all members' devices, so there's no 'did you get my update?' There's also a built-in activity feed per project, so anyone can catch up on what changed while they were offline.

Private Tasks Stay Private — Always

Joining a team workspace doesn't mean handing over your entire Nyura account. Private tasks — anything not explicitly added to a shared project — are yours alone. Teammates cannot see them, search them, or access them in any way. There's no 'admin override' that exposes your personal list. The separation is absolute and enforced at the database level via row-level security. You can use Nyura as your personal productivity tool and your team's shared workspace simultaneously, with zero bleed between the two.

Ready to Work With Your Team?

Team workspaces are available from the Settings screen — tap 'Create Workspace', give it a name, and start inviting colleagues. You can be in multiple workspaces at once (useful if you consult for several clients or run different teams). Shared projects are clearly labelled with a team badge everywhere they appear. And if you ever leave a workspace, your private tasks remain untouched. Nyura for Teams is collaboration the way it should be — productive, transparent where it needs to be, and completely private where it matters.
